Sign up

Open the Create Account page and enter your name, business email, phone, and a password. Phone is used for OTP verification.

Open registration

Verify identity (OTP)

We send a 6-digit code to the phone number you registered with. Enter the code in the verification dialog. In dev environments the code shows on-screen for testing.

Pick a plan

Choose between Starter, Growth, or Pro on the pricing page. Toggle Monthly / Yearly to save 20%. Razorpay opens for India payments; Stripe for global.

Onboarding — set up your store identity

Pick a store slug (yourstore.storebuilder.com), upload a logo, set your store name, and connect a custom domain (optional, free on every paid plan).

Browse the theme gallery and pick one that fits your category. Click 'Use' — Store Builder applies it to your storefront immediately.

From the merchant dashboard, add products one at a time or bulk-import via CSV. The AI assistant can generate descriptions from the product name + category.
